Marble Madness
Are you missing sports? Myself no. But I know alot of people are. And now to help with those sporting blues I have just found out about something called Jelle’s Marble Runs. A sporting event that is. You guessed it. All about Marble racing and other olympic things.
The YouTube Channel is run by Jelle Bakker and Dion Bakker. And has been running since 20th November 2018.
It looks like alot of fun. And has just been helped out with sponsorship by the tv series Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. John was discussing the problems with sports events returning at the moment. Suggesting this as an alternative.
Winners will get a $5,000 prize donation to there chosen food bank and the grand winner of the season will get a $20,000 donation. All given happily by the show.
The Marbles have names and there are also teams. So you can cheer and moan about who you like and don’t. Complain about how they could of done this or that. Bitch about the other marbles. Punch someone who says ‘It’s just a game’. So just like a real life sport.
The channel goes out of there way to build loads of different courses on different terrains and even includes an audience of marbles in there own stands. So have a butchers at some of these videos and have some fun. And maybe support the channel.
