After sending my complaint through the DPDs Facebook page. I have received an unexpected “Apology box” through the post.
The Note reads as follows: ‘Hi Andrew. I’m Sorry to hear about your recent experience with DPD. Here’s something sweet for you to enjoy. I really hope you can give us another chance and we won’t let you down. Simon.’
Thanks Simon at DPD. I appreciate the gesture. I’ll try to not choke on it.
