My Life That Happened in #26

Episode #25

… November 2025

Saturday 1st

Another full night’s sleep and then some. I should add this to my routine. I feel okay for a change. But I still need to attend to some things before I return to work on Monday. We will wait and see. Today is about finishing off and publishing last month’s blog and starting fresh with this new one.

I also finished my latest video and uploaded it for Monday morning.

After publishing my latest blog, I reviewed the next Book Report and felt I couldn’t do any more. So I decided to finish off my latest book.

I know I have already spent a lot of money this week, but I had an urge for some Chinese. So I ordered some and went to start my next book.

The meal arrived, and I finished off the chapter and watched the Fantastic Four movie while I ate.

Sunday 2nd

I woke up early and prepared myself for going back to work tonight. However, there was something else I wanted to do. Much later at work, there’s a meeting. I don’t need to go, but I want to show willingness, and hopefully it could benefit me in the long run. Plus, there is a goody bag, and I like taking advantage of free stuff.

Now all I need to do is plan my sleep schedule around it.

The Meeting wasn’t bad. My free stuff consisted of a tote bag, a notebook, a glass water bottle, and a lunch box. There were some tasks with prizes and a competition, which my group lost.

I also learned that I don’t know a lot about my company, and maybe I don’t think like the average person.

Before leaving, I filled my lunch box with cheesecake and muffins as best as I could. The food was free, so why not?

Back home, I tried to get some sleep, but it was going to happen. My brain was going through memory time. So I lay there and played some brain games on my spare phone. It’s going to be a long night at work, and I’m hoping for an early finish.

Monday 3rd

All things considered, I did okay. I received in two trailers while losing time on the job I was supposed to be doing. When I started my given job for the night, I was informed that the cook had phoned in sick. So I had to go and cover that. After lunch, I returned to my assigned task and had most of it completed by the time I left. However, I had to leave a good amount for someone else to finish off.

The only thing bugging my brain is that I spoke the truth about why I couldn’t make it to a leaving do to the actual person leaving. I did send a really nice email beforehand. I hope that makes up for it. The reason I can’t go is that I will be sleeping for work.

At home, I got into my routine and made food for the last day of this part of my rota. Tomorrow I have several things to do, and I need to save some time when I get home. I will be straight out again.

Tuesday 4th

A busy night gatekeeping, so much so that I ran out of time. I didn’t finish uploading data; I will have to finish it on my next shift. A member of staff called in sick, so I also had to cook for the night, but I had to cook a little more than normal because we had extra people in. Everyone had their fill.

There was a meeting that started at the end of my shift, and we were pleasantly surprised by the raise we will get at the beginning of the next year. I guessed a cheeky price, but it went above that. So we were all happy.

I rushed home, changed, because I had to go back to work for the Book Club. I was disappointed by the turnout and also by the fact that most hadn’t even read the book. So I provided a detailed rough synopsis of the book. But after I talked about what I was reading at the moment.

An item I bought on Vinted was available for pick up, so before going home, I went to collect it.

The wife had been up late binge-watching a series called From, and like passing ships. She got up, and I went to bed.

The wife told me how tired I was by saying I was snoring again. On a happier note, another item is ready to pick up from Vinted.

I also managed to upload my latest Book Report before leaving for work.

Wednesday 5th

Work wasn’t as stressful as it could have been, and it had a couple of surprises. One was a colleague who was generally “THE” gatekeeper, wanted to leave me in control and for them to go elsewhere. Second, the meeting I attended on Sunday wasn’t necessary as they had the same meeting at 6 am for the night shift. I ended up with two goody bags, and I won a prize by answering a question correctly. It was some chocolate.

My holiday at the end of the month was finally confirmed. Now I have to wait for the guest list to be posted.

I ran out of time again and couldn’t finish a couple of things. But I can sort them out when I go back.

At home, I should have gone to collect some more items I bought, but I couldn’t be bothered, so I decided to go tomorrow.

I went to bed late, as it was my day off.

Thursday 6th

I woke up later than expected. But that’s okay.

Relaxing in front of the tele, catching up with Jenna and Niky, and now I have found a new bloke called Joe.

I decided to get something to eat. So off I went to decide on what I wanted, and while I was working on that. I detoured into meal prepping for the next couple of days of work. This detoured into sorting out the fridge. I had turned it off earlier; there had been a massive buildup of ice. But I hadn’t checked on it, and the ice had melted. But the water had seeped under the carpet, so I detoured to clean and clear out the fridge and dry the excess water.

After I had done what I could, I went back to deciding what I wanted to cook. I found some sausages. Deciding I wanted pork and then realised they needed to be defrosted for a day. So I couldn’t do that. While on a toilet break, I remembered I had some mini battered sausages which would work. So I cooked with some skinned boiled potatoes and veg.

While doing this, I decided to do the washing up and finish my meal prepping. Everything was now finished. But with still one problem. I still haven’t decided what I want to eat now. So I made some chopped ham and pork sandwiches, some with coleslaw and some with piccalilli. My drink of choice for today. Dr Pepper.

Weed

A little while later, I work my way up to: I should get on with updating my blog, only to notice someone had commented and tried to sell weed. The only problem for them is that I have to authorise the comment. Ha Ha!

The wife woke up and wanted to go back to bed. As soon as I said I was popping to Lakeside, she forced herself awake, and eventually we headed out.

As the missus wasn’t feeling great, I suggested getting something to eat. She had some KFC, and I tried out Mother Hubbard, a franchised fish ‘n’ chip shop. The food wasn’t bad. The gravy tasted like OXO, which is different, but okay. The chips, although edible, were not chip shop chips.

The only major problem with the food was the stupid prices.

The wife was feeling a little better, so we headed to Superdrug for some toiletries. We then checked out HMV’s newly located shop. It is smaller, but the wife still found something.

At home, we put away the provisions we bought, and I arranged for someone to inspect and hopefully repair the fridge before going to bed.

Friday 7th

I went to work as usual and began the shift with some receiving while waiting for the gatekeeper to arrive. They arrived late again, and they did their thing while I was getting stressed over it all. I was getting close to an attack when a manager sent me to my work area. And I did my best to calm down.

It was a long night, and I was unable to complete my job because of obstructions blocking my path.

Getting home and going through my routine. I crashed. Spending the night holding it together without realising how much it took out of me, or knowing I was doing it, as I slowly collapse onto the corridor floor. My head was sore, and fatigue set in. The wife helped as best she could, and I was able to get to the sofa and get myself back together again.

The wife had her counselling, and I went to bed.

Waking up to find one of my hats has arrived. However, I found out that I have been refunded for two of my other hats that haven’t been posted. My head is still a little sore, but I am still going to work. It should be quieter, as I have been told I will be the gatekeeper tonight. And I will get some extra time alone when I go and cook.

Saturday 8th

I was expecting to be gatekeeping tonight, but only a couple of trailers were coming in, so I wasn’t needed. So I headed for the shop floor. Not until my manager moaned at me for not looking after myself when I explained what had happened the day before. It was justified.

The night went well, and everyone was filled up when I cooked. I was even able to start most of my first-aid duties.

My new reading routine is going well. I don’t like carrying a large book when I’m out, so I switch between my Kindle at work and a physical book when I’m at home.

Waking up, I found I had had some deliveries. Not too keen on the hat. Marvin the Martian seems a bit limp—Sam from Trick’ r Treat. Well, the wife’s tune changed when she saw it for the first time.

I did offer Sam to the missius, but she insisted that it goes where it was going to go, with Garfield in the back of Ne Ne.

Sunday 9th

Nothing much, but the same as yesterday. But I was working in a different zone, and on a truck for a few minutes. The only other difference was that it was busier. I was in luck as I was given some help when I went to cook. I was grateful for the support.

One of the annoying things about cooking is that they will place a dish on the rack, and I will have no idea how to cook it or sometimes, not know what the dish is. This time, I didn’t know how to cook it, and after a Google search and some help from a manager, I found out that they had prepared it incorrectly.

But in the end, that didn’t matter as everyone had their fill and was happy when they left.

I was asked for an update on my applications. Replying that I hadn’t received any updates, and discussing the job, what was involved, pay differences, and whether to negotiate if allowed. The manager didn’t see it as a problem, but I will find out when or if it happens.

Leaving work, I continued with my routine and rested. It was the beginning of my day off, I continued to rest until I was ready for bed.

Monday 10th

Waking up later than usual, that’s not a bad thing. After some doomscrolling and making something to eat, I found a message from a friend I used to work with, saying they had to cancel our meetup. This has helped me, as I no longer need to be constrained by a time frame; I can be a bit leisurely about what to do that day.

I need to tell the missus.

Back to writing my blogs, and I have caught up with myself as I always try to publish my Book Report by Tuesday. Will need to check it a couple more times before pressing the button.

After food prepping for the next couple of days, I went back to relaxing.

Another delivery for Ne Ne has arrived. He is a bit bigger than anticipated, but he will need a wash before I do anything else with him.

I went to bed late today because we were waiting for someone to come and inspect the fridge. The results are in, and we will need to replace the fridge freezer. Due to a part that is no longer made.

Tuesday 11th

Another day on the shop floor, filling empty or half-empty slots with stock. Today was quieter than normal. I was able to finish my first aid duties, and I even got a run on a truck for a few minutes. Back home, I was thinking about some more food prepping. And then I didn’t continue with that thought.

I had a delivery today. I have been waiting a long time for this to be released. It’s the next book in the series by Travis Baldree.

Some bad news, which I am not 100% bothered about. One of the jobs I applied for at work fell through. An email was sent, standard bull. We have had lots of people. We won’t be continuing with your application.

Writing this down. Maybe I am a little bit more bothered than I thought. I could have done a lot more.

Waking up cold tonight. I found an email stating we can pick our next fridge-freezer. There are free and paid options; we will need to research tomorrow.

Wednesday 12th

Not a lot of work tonight. Which is a good thing. When I ran out of work, I went searching for something I could do next. Finally finding my managers, I learned that a colleague had been let go. It was sad to hear, as they were a large presence in the company, and this also contributed to future problems stemming from the knowledge they had about the job. I will have to learn as much as possible.

We have chosen our new fridge freezer. It was our second choice as the first had run out of stock. It’s not as good as the one we have, energy-wise, but it will have to do.

Thursday 13th

The atmosphere at work feels different. The air has changed. I have been doing things I wouldn’t have done before. More responsibility has been placed on my head without me knowing about it. And it feels weird. But I have been able to fix a couple of issues.

Getting home, I remembered we had to go and pick up our new glasses. So off to Lakeside we went. I walked away with having to have my new glasses fixed. I didn’t like the way the bifocals were placed and nearly had an argument about it; all I wanted was the bifocal lens to be a third of the way up, not halfway up my lens. In the end, I annoyingly went back to a single lens. Another annoying thing was that they changed the tint levels. Two years ago, the tint levels were darker than they are now, so I have to get them darker.

I received an email about our new fridge-freezer coming tomorrow. Waking up tonight, not giving a… about anything, and my head feels off. I hope I will be okay tonight.

It also looks like I am on cooking duty.

Friday 14th

It was finally said to me that I was now the lead gatekeeper. I don’t like it. Maybe I’m suffering from a version of survivor’s guilt. I don’t know what it is, but there’s something still in the air. I think it may be mourning.

Secretly, I told someone who needed to know, and they had to walk away in tears. It is hitting people hard.

As there wasn’t any work, I started tidying up. I had to try to make the area new. Some things have been sitting around for a while, so I began by determining what had to go. I had to send an email as I didn’t know what to do with certain items and paperwork.

When I went up to cook, surprisingly, the person who normally cooks had turned up even though the schedule said otherwise. But I still ended up cooking as they decided to start on their main job.

At home, I relaxed as best as I could while the missus’s anxiety rose, waiting for the delivery of our new freezer. Certain things had to be done beforehand, and we tracked the delivery to know when to do those things. Due to all the prep, everything went without a hitch.

Before settling in, I found the latest edition to Ne Ne was dry, from being washed so I added him to the others. I hope he likes his new home.

We aren’t satisfied with our new fridge-freezer. I need to get a couple of shelves for it. But it was part of my guarantee, so for “free” it will do.

Saturday 15th

Waking up just after midnight, I placed myself in front of the tele and got stuck into some doomscrolling. Before the wife eventually went to bed, she continued moaning about getting a new Hoover. After a while of procrastinating, I entered into research mode. Searching for what we would be getting next to replace the cleaner that doesn’t want to work any more.

When I was done, I finished watching the latest episode of wrestling. I went to bed for a nap, and when we got up, I showed the missus what I had done. It was decided to buy the vacuum cleaner.

Some mild stress with I don’t know what, made me need my tinted glasses.

We needed some shopping, so we went online and ordered some provisions to be delivered today and some tomorrow. I tried again to buy some shelves for the fridge, but for some reason, there are no accessories available, so I had to resort to buying universal retractable shelves instead.

I was late getting started, but I began with my blogs and created the next video for Monday. Meanwhile, waiting for the food to arrive.

I decided I didn’t want to cook, so I ordered a takeaway.

I dealt with the shopping when it arrived—and relaxed with a movie in bed with my food.

Sunday 16th

Back to work at midnight. I prepped my food for work and worked on my Christmas list for the missus and me to give to my sister. What I have been doing is creating a list of Blu-rays I need for my collection, I text my list to my sister, and then she decides what to buy. My list is recent Star Trek shows, and the wife’s Cradle of Filth albums.

I start by asking my brothers and sisters what they want and then go from there. I have my own ideas, but I will wait until I get an answer from them first.

Food delivery has arrived; now I’m waiting on the new vacuum. Wasn’t expecting it to come on a Sunday, but oh well, I will take it.

Monday 17th

I am slowly coming to terms with what is happening at work, and with the help of others, we are spring-cleaning everything.

It happens again: another shocking loss, and after some digging, they seem to be their own worst enemy.

I was gatekeeping today with some late cooking thrown in. I decided to review some rules that I didn’t understand, so I spoke to the manager, and we are changing them to make life easier. If they want me to take over, I will first have to learn as much as possible and tweak anything that doesn’t fit.

After work, the wife needed to deliver some parcels that she had sold on Vinted. It took a little longer than expected due to one of the places being in the middle of nowhere. I had to get Google Maps out in the end. I knew where it was in my head, but in reality, I was lost. The rest were easy to find.

Before our trip, I finished off the latest upload of my video.

Tuesday 18th

A reasonably easy night at work. Everything flowed nicely, and I cooked as well. However, I was shocked by the number of people who turned up for food. What I cooked, and I cooked extra, didn’t last long. But I was happy everyone had their fill.

I had to backtrack on the rule I was thinking of changing and found out, after not realising that I had discussed it with someone a few days before. The idea was sound, but the time frame was off.

After all the trailers were unloaded and the paperwork was done. I went back to cleaning more of my area, and we are now at a point where we can start anew. All the old paperwork has been sent where it needs to go, and I have collected some new items that we needed to work in our area.

I still have a lot to learn, but I will get there eventually.

I bumped into one of the people running the book club, and we have made up our minds that we don’t care much for the new book we are currently reading. It’s pleasant enough, but what is the book for?

At home, I rested and tried to decide what to have for dinner at work and watched some wrestling. I finally went to bed to read and sleep.

Wednesday 19th

Another day at work where I seem to be doing okay, managing my current workload. I did have a boost of positivity when they basically stopped the person who was due to cook today and made me cook instead.

Near the end of the shift, I had a sit-down meeting with the person who refused my application. And after the meeting, I came away realising that I had no clue what the role involved, and I was glad I was not allowed to continue. The meeting itself went half an hour over my scheduled departure time, but it didn’t matter, as I learned some things I needed to do and will have to work out what I need to do next.

At home, I rested until it was time for bed.

Thursday 20th

I woke up just before midnight. I had slept longer than usual, but I still felt tired despite starting off feeling fresh, as I was a tad grumpy with my wife.

My new shelves for the fridge had arrived, and after ten minutes fiddling with them, I went back online with Amazon and sent them back for return.

The wife went to bed, and I set myself up with some food and continued my journey with Jenny and Nicky. They have come a long way.

Back to the grind with my blogs, and I will soon have to get things ready for my next shift at work. Knowing I shouldn’t have done this at home, but it needed to be done. I sent an email to someone within my company and requested access to the systems required for my job. I have been waiting for that access since I started the position. Before sending the email, I made them aware of how long I had been waiting and cc’d my managers, including the person I had met with the previous day, to show that I am taking some action, as we discussed.

Friday 21st

It has been a long day. As soon as I started my shift, the manager asked me to go on a course for Duty Manager training. Which was cool, but it was at 11 am. This meant I had to leave my current shift. I went home around 5:30 am, got home and tried to get some sleep. I slept for about an hour and a half, left before ten and then dropped the wife off at Lakeside. And get back to work and start the course.

The course lasted a couple of hours, and there were a few extra practical training sessions, so some of us stayed to attend those; we finished just after 2 pm.

I did feel the strain of the course and the lighting from the room, I had to put on my tinted glasses.

The course was good. But there was a lot of information crammed into it. However, our host will be releasing the PowerPoint to download, so I will re-read it when I have some free time.

So I am now waking up for a new shift to go to. I have had some sleep, and at the moment, I am okay; my head could do with some motivation. But I am hoping for a nice enough night.

Saturday 22nd

An easy night at work. Two of the trailers were rebooked for another night, and we were able to clear some more space, adding more room for stock. I also cooked because someone was sick. It was a slow, easy night.

I managed to finish this month’s book club book and now can start back on my to-be-read list.

Before work, I managed to finish Monday’s video and began uploading.

Sunday 23rd

Another easy night at work, and it also involved cooking. My new hat arrived yesterday, and I wore it proudly. The night wasn’t as cold as the previous two, so I had to swap to my other jacket as I was sweating a bit too much.

My brother finally got around to telling me what he wanted for Christmas. So when I got home. I went shopping, and after some searching, I found what I needed to buy for him.

I made a decision and went to the meet-up with my work colleagues at a bar in Lakeside, and I was glad I did. We didn’t stay long. The missus and some of my work colleagues had a good natter with them while I played a few games of pool. I was tired, but it was fun. After I finished my drink, we headed out. My wife needed to do some things, and we then went home.

Monday 24th

I woke up just after midnight and sat with the wife while she talked about things that happened after I went to bed, which included finding a worm in her soil mix. We found out that there may have been an egg left over in the worm castings (worm poop). It’s not a bad thing; it just means that her soil is really nutritious and healthy.

She went to bed after three, and I relaxed as much as I could while I did a bit of Christmas shopping. I have done as much as I can for now, and I will buy another on Thursday.

Being a bit behind on my blogs, I need to catch up. I finished sharing my latest video and prepared my meals for the next couple of days.

Tuesday 25th

Today I was training someone to be a gatekeeper. The person I am training has been here longer than I have, and they wanted to try something new; they chose me to train them. So I will. The shift involved receiving trailers and the stock. I taught how each pallet has its own destination. Mixed pallets will sometimes need to be separated and sent to their own locations as well.

Each place may have more than one name, and certain items require verification by others.

I think I did okay, and so did they. They continued to ask questions, and I did my best to answer them. Tomorrow I will train them on the first part of the paperwork.

Waking up tonight, a parcel was left by the door-a present for my sister. I found out I didn’t get the other job I applied for, as they announced the people who were selected for the new positions. Thanks for telling me.

Wednesday 26th

On my second day as trainer to the new gatekeeper, I am confident that I can leave them to take over without doing the final paperwork. I was able to complete everything, even if a couple of the deliveries didn’t arrive.

I have other things to think about and prep for. Like the day of travel, we have to do tomorrow.

I went to bed a little earlier than normal so I could try to sleep during the night, instead of just getting a couple of hours early in the morning.

Thursday 27th

I managed to get a few hours of sleep, but it got to a point where my body wouldn’t let me sleep anymore. The wife wasn’t feeling great, and she ended up getting up early. So we sat on the sofa, yawning.

We decided to leave a little earlier than planned, but it didn’t matter; we weren’t in a rush. Ne Ne was left behind as we headed to London. First stop, Knightsbridge. Location: Maison Ghibli. A pop-up shop selling merchandise from the films of Studio Ghibli.

We arrived an hour early, only to find that the opening time had been changed because they were waiting for a delivery. We had to find a toilet. The security guard suggested a restaurant two shops down, so we went in, had a snack and drink, plus used the amenities.

It was an indian cafe/restaurant. Named Chiiwala. I thought the decor was really nice, but I didn’t like the samples of chai and coffee, so I went with an orangeade drink they offered, which I did enjoy.

After we finished, we went back to find that the shop had extended the time by half an hour, so we stayed and waited. At 12.30, they opened, and we went in.

They weren’t wrong about the prices. Everything was overpriced. But the wife came away with a few items.

After looking around, I was hoping they would have more from the older movies like Nausicaa and Castle in the Sky. So I left without buying anything, but my wife, however, bought me the print above right.

We were behind schedule, but it didn’t matter as the next point of call had us stuck in traffic. We visited a bookshop I had been wanting to visit for a while, but I left disappointed.

Daunt

The place is called Daunt, and after a quick look, I found that the bookshop was dedicated to travel. They do have sections for fiction, but their main areas are for non-fiction. I wanted to visit the building itself, but it looked better in the photos online. Everything felt squashed together. Inside the front of the shop, it did look a bit of a mess.

I wasn’t happy, so we left. Next stop was a long walk down to Oxford Street to the Disney store. The wife bought a mug.

We needed to find a toilet again and decided to have some food at McDonald’s before moving on to our next and final stop, Forbidden Planet.

The facilities, at the time, for the women were restricted to one loo and in the men’s, the floor was covered with wee. Men, learn to direct yourself. You are letting us all down.

Forbidden Planet

I did want to pop into Foyles as that was the whole point of the day. We visited last year. The authors were going to meet the public, sign their books, and take photos.

But there wasn’t anyone I wanted to meet. So if I could get what I needed from Forbidden Planet, I could go home happy. And that was the flaw. I was too satisfied with what I found, and I spent too much money.

I do love my new Borg ship and the TOS Enterprise.

By the time we made our way home, rush hour had hit. And we had to go on to a crowded train, which made the missus distressed with anxiety, but she knew we had to go home. The train became too crowded even for my liking, and I had to shout at people to get out of the way while I pulled my wife out through the unmoving people.

The wife had to calm down for a few minutes once off the train, and we continued our journey home. The rest of the journey was much smoother, and by the time we reached our home station, I had finished my latest book.

Friday 28th

I have an appointment to collect my glasses. Leaving my wife at home as she wasn’t well. I also had to pick up a couple of parcels.

I had been waiting for a parcel for the missus. But I had to deal with my glasses first. One of the pairs wasn’t dark enough, and to get it fixed, I had to disappear for an hour.

Shopping

During the hour, I visited Waterstones and bought a gift card for my sister-in-law. Which, while writing this, has just now reminded me that I had bought it. Decided whether to buy a book. Left Waterstone’s and collected my parcels. I also sent off a couple for the missus and then found out that a parcel had just arrived for her. Called her for the code to release the parcel and placed everything in Ne Ne.

I went back into Lakeside and bought myself a drink, and after some more thinking. Heading back to Waterstones, I used up the last of the credit on the card my brother had given me, and I bought two books.

I eventually collected my glasses only to find out later that I would have to go back as a couple weren’t shaped to my head properly. On the way home, I stopped by a couple of shops and bought some provisions that aren’t available online.

Do I or Don’t I

Back home, I stored everything away and gave my wife a decision on whether to open my parcel or wait until Christmas. At the same time, the person who sold me the item was panicking, messaging me every so often to ask if I had received it yet.

The wife eventually decided to unwrap my parcel. She was left bewildered by the fact that after decades of waiting, she finally had in her possession the Glen doll that she had always wanted to complete her collection.

So she couldn’t wait until Christmas.

I, on the other hand, didn’t realise how big the plush Serenity ship would be. The plan was to place her in Ne Ne. We will test and find out.

The rest of the day was spent by me trying to write this blog, but failing. I couldn’t do it. My head and body wouldn’t let me.

The rest of the day was now spent relaxing and doing some online food shopping.

Saturday 29th

I woke up and found my wife not in bed. I knew why and got up, sending the wife to bed while I got a few hours on the sofa. Waking up, I was in a better frame of mind to write, so after some breakfast, I wrote this blog. Even with the wife talking when she finally awoke, I was able to continue writing. Fair enough, my head is still not great. But I was in a better position to continue with my writing.

I found an email saying I had sold one of my designs on T-Public. I keep forgetting I had done this, as it has been a while since I created and uploaded them.

We waited for the shopping to arrive, and I tried to rest and keep up with my blogs. Meanwhile, while the wife wasn’t feeling great insisted on doing something around the home.

I was able to finish another book. The wife finally managed to stop, sit down and have something to eat.

Sunday 30th

The last day of the month. My last day off. I have to get ready for work tonight. I am a little behind, as I haven’t even started on my next video, and I have no clue what to do. My head isn’t ready for anything yet, and I have had to reschedule my visit with my brother because of it. I made it up to him by getting hold of some things he wanted.

I remembered I had a wrestling pay-per-view to watch, so I finished cooking and made something to eat, then settled down to work out what video I was going to make.

I’ve started a new book. It’s not what I would normally read, but I have been looking at it for a few years and thought it was time. I also managed to finish my latest video before I went to bed. I even uploaded it, so I am happy about that.

Thanks for checking up on me, and I’ll see you next month.
